Mid-coast Maine has it all: a thriving arts scene, historic museums and homes; hiking trails including the summit trail to Mount Battie in the Camden Hills State Park: kayaking, sailing and swimming on the ocean or clear water lakes; shopping for antiques, art and crafts, wineries and local breweries; great food from casual seaside takeouts to farm-to-table cuisine and fine dining.

Whenever possible, the dedicated duo uses ingredients from the organic garden located on the inn’s property: fresh vegetables, berries and herbs provide truly refreshing flavors. A morning’s menu may include house-made maple granola with fresh berries, maple-glazed pears, vegetable quiche, herb-baked eggs and local sausage patties, or Maine blueberry buttermilk scones.
Victorian by the Sea is the perfect destination for relaxation, sightseeing, and enjoying a true New England escape.
