elcome to Gull Cottage, an oceanfront rental home just north of Camden Harbor. View spectacular sunrises over the ocean from every room in this light and airy home. Watch lobstermen bring in the catch of the day right from the deck. Located at the end of a country road, this is the perfect spot to unwind with friends and family. The cottage has three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. It has all the conveniences of home, including: washer/dryer, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, CD player, microwave, and dishwasher, and Weber gas grill.
The house has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with cathedral ceiling and skylights on the main level. The master bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bath featuring double sinks and a whirlpool tub. There is a half bath off the living room.
The lower level of the house has a family room with a comfy futon, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to king size, and another full bath.
There is a staircase down to the rocky beach, and a sand beach just a mile and a half to our north. Quaint shops, restaurants, and activities are nearby, and our guests are provided with area Chamber of Commerce guides, maps, etc. upon arrival.

The Fine Print Rates: $1400/week - November to May $2000/week - June, September, October $2400/week - July and August 50% of the rental fee is due upon signing our contract, and the balance plus refundable $500 security deposit is due 30 days before arrival. We do allow pets for an additional $100/week.
