First rate listed is "High season" (June 29 to October 21, 2007), second rate is our "Pre- season" (May 25 to June 28, 2007), third rate is our "Off season" (October 22, 2006 to May 24, 2007), excluding holiday weekends. Please add 7% Maine Lodging Tax to listed rates.

Two night minimum stay in season, except where a single night vacancy occurs.
