Quite
often guests at the inn are treated to an unexpected visit!
Below are photos of the less camera shy. Missing are our comical band of chipmunks,
a weasel, a mink, a porcupine, and a playful fox family.
One
of our most honored visitors. This beautiful creature is part of a family
of three bald eagles who have chosen to live in the neighborhood.
Talk
about a face only a mother could love! We call this guy Bullwinkle. Mathilda,
his female counterpart, appeared on a regular basis for an entire summer.
Visits
from deer are less common, but we see them occasionally.
A
flock of 16 or more turkeys are pretty frequent visitors. In this photo, they’re
snacking on our bittersweet.
